A clearer way forward

A little guidance.
A clearer path.

Find the right next step for your account, your workspace or your payout. A few useful answers, all in one place.

01 / Find your topic

Where can
we help?

Choose the part of your journey you need a hand with.

01 / Your account

Find your account. Find your next step.

Start in the client area, where your account status and available actions are shown.

  1. Sign in with the email you used to register. Keep your account credentials private.
  2. Open Accounts to see your available accounts. Select the account you want before moving to the trading workspace.
  3. The free $1K offer is for new users only, one per person. Use the welcome-account claim shown in Accounts; registering alone is not the claim.
02 / Platform & charts

Bring your workspace back into focus.

A chart and an account connection are separate things. Check both before placing another order.

  1. Check which symbol, timeframe and account you have selected. A different selection can explain a different chart or balance.
  2. If the workspace reports a disconnection, wait for it to reconnect. Check positions and order history for confirmation before retrying an order.
  3. If the issue continues, note the symbol, time and timezone, browser and any visible error. Send these through an account support ticket.
03 / Payouts

Understand what is still required.

Your payout area is the place to check your account’s current eligibility.

  1. Review the first-payout timing, qualifying profitable days and consistency requirements on the payout guide.
  2. Check the amount available and your identity-verification status. The minimum payout is $25; other account conditions also apply.
  3. For a submitted request, include its reference in your ticket. Do not send identity documents through social media.
04 / Payments & refunds

Keep the reference. We’ll find the context.

For a paid account, the transaction reference helps support identify the purchase.

  1. Check your invoice and account status before repeating a payment. Keep the exact payment reference or transaction hash.
  2. The published refund policy covers untraded account fees within 14 days. Other cases and network fees are explained in the full policy.
  3. Include the invoice reference and a clear description when contacting support. Never share a seed phrase, private key or password.
02 / Make the first message count

The detail that
makes a difference.

Tell us what you were doing and what happened. Include a reference where you have one, and keep sensitive information out of screenshots.

  • Your account or invoice reference.
  • The time of the issue, including timezone.
  • The symbol, order or page involved.
  • The exact message you saw.
