The details.
In plain view.
Read the published Mizora terms covering accounts, programme access, trading rules, fees and payouts.
1. Who we are and what you are buying
These terms are the agreement between you and Mizora Partners Ltd ("Mizora", "we", "us"). They cover mizorapartners.com, the Mizora Terminal and every account we open for you. By registering or paying, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use Mizora.
Mizora sells access to a trading programme. It does not sell capital, it does not take deposits, and it is not a broker. Your fee buys a place on the programme and the tools that come with it. It does not buy the balance shown on the account.
Trading capital on every Mizora account is simulated. Orders are filled against live market prices inside our own system. No order you place reaches a real exchange or a real counterparty.
Flip cash rewards are separate from simulated trading capital. They become available only after completing the purchased programme objectives and remain subject to eligibility and payout review. A demo account is practice and earns no cash payout. Previously issued Instant accounts retain their original programme terms.
Mizora Partners Ltd is named throughout this document without a company registration number or registered address, because neither has been settled here. Both belong in this section.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract where you live. You register for yourself, in your own name, and everything you tell us must be true.
You may not use Mizora if you are resident in Pakistan, Iran, Syria, Myanmar, Bangladesh, North Korea, the Russian Federation, Belarus, Cuba, Lebanon, Libya, Sudan, or the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine.
We can refuse or close any account at our discretion, and we will say why when we are able to.
3. Your account
- Keep your password to yourself. Everything done under your login is treated as done by you.
- One person, one identity. Do not share, lend, sell or transfer an account, and do not let anyone else trade it.
- You may hold more than one Mizora account, but they are judged together. Trading one against another is a breach. See section 9.
- An account with no trading activity for 30 days is closed. The fee is not returned when this happens.
- You can close your account whenever you like by writing to support@mizorapartners.com.
4. The programmes
Mizora is in beta. The current Mizora Labs drop is Flip, and entries are open. New Instant purchases and grants have been retired. Previously issued Instant accounts retain the programme rules accepted at issue, available in the historical Instant terms.
4.1 Flip entries and simulated balances
$5 starts a $1,000 account; $10 starts $2,500; $20 starts $5,000; and $40 starts $10,000. The associated Pro software access is displayed at checkout. Fees buy programme and software access, not withdrawable capital.
4.2 Standard Flip rounds
One unpaid practice round is followed by four rewarded rounds. Practice and Rounds 1-3 each require 9% net profit and three qualifying days earning at least 0.5% of starting balance per day. There is no best-day consistency cap. Positions must be closed to complete a round.
Standard limits are a fixed 3% trailing gap from the highest closed balance, and a daily gap equal to 3% of starting capital below the day-opening balance. There is no maximum risk per trade idea, and stops are optional. Touching either equity floor fails the attempt. Server-side protection cannot guarantee fill prices through gaps. See the complete rule explanation.
4.3 Final boss and purchased terms
The final boss is the high-risk, double-or-nothing round. It targets a doubled closed balance, and boss leverage is 5× the normal Flip leverage for each asset. It has a daily gap equal to 25% of starting capital below the day-opening balance; touching that floor, or equity reaching zero, fails the attempt. It removes the standard per-idea and trailing caps. The boss requires at least three separate days earning 1% of starting balance in net profit each, with no consistency rule or time limit. Each purchased account retains its recorded product and rule version; a later catalogue change does not silently rewrite that account.
5. What simulated capital means
We say it plainly because it matters. The balance on your account is a number in our system. It is not your money, it is not held for you anywhere, and you cannot withdraw it. You cannot lose more than the fee you paid, because there is nothing of yours to lose beyond it.
What you can earn is a payout: a share of the profit your simulated trading produced, paid in real money, once the rules in section 4.2 are met and the payout conditions in section 8 are satisfied. Read the risk disclosure before you pay.
6. Fees and payment
- The fee is a single payment, charged once, per account.
- Prices are in US dollars.
- Payment is by card or in cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum or Solana). Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. We do not accept bank transfer or PayPal.
- If you pay in cryptocurrency, checkout gives you a deposit address and an exact amount to send. Send that exact amount. An underpayment, an overpayment or a transfer to an old address has to be matched by hand and may be delayed or lost on the network.
- Network fees are yours. The amount that must arrive is the amount shown at checkout.
- A quote holds for as long as the checkout page says. After that the price is re-quoted at the current rate.
- Mizora will never ask you for a seed phrase, a private key or a wallet password. Anyone who does is not us.
- We can change prices at any time. A change does not affect an account you have already bought.
7. Refunds
An account fee is refundable within 14 days of purchase if no trade has been placed on the account. Write to support@mizorapartners.com with your invoice number and we will refund it.
Once a trade has been placed, the fee is not refundable. You have had the thing you paid for. The same applies to an account closed for a rule breach and to an account closed for 30 days of inactivity.
A card payment is refunded to the same card through Stripe. A cryptocurrency payment is refunded in cryptocurrency to an address you give us, less the network fee, and has no chargeback route. If you think something has gone wrong with a payment, open a ticket and we will look at it before you go to your card issuer.
The full detail is on the refund policy page, which forms part of these terms.
8. Payouts
Flip offers a conditional total reward ladder of 0× in practice, then 1×, 1.5×, 2× and 5× the entry fee after rewarded Rounds 1 to 4. These are total cashout amounts, not separate payments added together. The maximum is $25, $50, $100 or $200 for the $5, $10, $20 or $40 entry respectively.
After a rewarded pass, request a cashout to end the attempt or explicitly continue. Continuing commits the entire unpaid stack; it cannot be withdrawn mid-round. A subsequent failure forfeits that unpaid stack. Passing practice earns no money. Round 1's reward equals entry but is an earned cash reward, not an automatic consumer refund.
A cashout request remains subject to identity, eligibility, destination and payout review. Requesting a payout does not mean payment has been sent. Simulated account capital cannot be withdrawn. Previously issued Instant accounts retain their original payout conditions. See the Flip reward table.
9. Conduct that ends an account
The programme measures trading skill. These behaviours defeat that and end the account without a refund:
- Copy trading between accounts, your own or anyone else's, to take both sides of a trade or to run the same strategy in parallel until one account wins.
- Group trading: several accounts, coordinated by one person or one group, run as a single position.
- Latency or feed abuse: trading on a price you know to be stale, or on a delay between our feed and the market.
- Exploiting a pricing error. If a quote is obviously wrong, you may not trade on it. Trades made on a bad quote are reversed.
- Account sharing, including letting a third party, a service or a signal provider trade on your behalf.
- Using a stolen identity, a false name or someone else's payment.
- Attacking the platform: automated abuse, tampering with requests, or attempting to reach data that is not yours.
This is not a list of banned strategies. Scalping, news trading, algorithmic trading and hedging inside a single account are all allowed, within the rules in section 4.2.
10. Suspension and closure
We can suspend an account while we look into something, and close it if we find one of the things in section 9. Where an account is closed for a breach, unpaid profit is forfeited and the fee is not returned. Where we close an account for our own reasons and you have done nothing wrong, we refund the fee and pay any payout you had already earned.
If you disagree with a closure, reply to the message we send. A person reads it.
11. Intellectual property
The platform, its software, the Mizora name and mark, and everything we publish belong to Mizora Partners Ltd. You may use them to take part in the programme and for nothing else. Do not copy, resell, decompile or rebrand any of it.
Your trading data stays yours. You give us permission to store it, show it back to you, use it to run and check the programme, and publish it in an anonymous, aggregated form. We do not publish your name or your results without your agreement.
12. The platform is in beta
Mizora is in beta and we say so on the site. That is not a disclaimer to hide behind, it is a description. Features change, things break, and market data can be delayed or wrong.
The platform is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption, that prices will always be correct, or that it fits any particular purpose. Where an outage or a data fault costs you a trade, tell us and we will look at the account and put right what we can see was ours.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected with Mizora is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim, plus any payout you had earned and we had approved.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for profit you did not make, or for loss caused by something outside our control such as an exchange outage, a network failure or a blockchain reorganisation.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law.
14. Changes to these terms
We can change these terms. When we change something that affects you materially, such as the rules, the split or the payout conditions, we email account holders and put the new version here with a new date. Changes take effect 14 days after we publish them. If you do not accept a change, close your account before it takes effect and we will refund any untraded account you hold.
15. Governing law
The governing law and the forum for disputes are not settled. This section must name one country's law and one place where disputes are heard, and it must match where Mizora Partners Ltd is actually incorporated. Do not leave it at "applicable law", which is what the old version said and which means nothing.
Until it is settled, nothing in this document waives any right you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.
