Every fill is priced by our servers

Every order, stop and target at Mizora fills at the price our servers read from the live feed. Here is where that price comes from and what it means for you.

Every order you place at Mizora, and every stop and target attached to it, fills at the price our servers read from the live feed. The price moving on your screen is there so you can see the market. It is never used to fill. This note sets out what that means for you in plain terms.

Where the price comes from

Our servers read prices from the live feed for every market in Mizora Pro: index futures (NQ, ES, RTY), forex (EURUSD, GBPUSD, USDJPY), gold and silver, crude oil, and BTC, ETH and SOL. When you buy or sell, the server fills the order at the price it has read for that market. The same happens when a stop or a target is reached.

Your browser shows prices too, on the chart and across the rest of the terminal. That copy is for display only and plays no part in the fill. Whether you trade from the full terminal or the phone ticket, your fill price comes from the server.

The order book and tape are for reading the market too. In Mizora Pro they are modelled from live prices rather than taken from exchange depth, and the terminal labels them "Modelled". Your fill still comes from the price our servers read from the live feed.

When there is no fresh price

A fill is only as good as the price behind it. If our servers do not have a fresh price for a market, meaning one from within the last 15 seconds, an order in that market is refused rather than filled at a stale price. Nothing is filled at an old number, and you can place the order again once a fresh price is in.

We would rather refuse an order than fill it at a price the market has already left behind. A stale fill would put a number on your account that does not reflect where the market was, whether it happened to land in your favour or against you.

Stops, targets and limits with the browser closed

Because the server holds both the price and your positions, it does not need your browser open to check them. Our servers do the following continuously, whether Mizora Pro is open on your screen or closed altogether:

  • Open positions are marked against the live price.
  • Stops and targets are checked, and fill at the price our servers read when they are reached.
  • Daily loss and drawdown limits are checked on every fill and every mark.

In practice, you can set a stop and a target on the ticket, close your laptop and walk away. If the market reaches either level while you are gone, the server fills it at the price it reads from the live feed. Your account limits are checked continuously, on every fill and every mark, using the same server prices, not only while you happen to be watching.

Why we price every fill on our servers

Trading at Mizora is on simulated capital, and you can try it on a free $50,000 practice account with no card needed. On simulated capital, every fill still needs one consistent price. We use a single source: the price our servers read from the live feed.

Server-priced fills give every trader the same price source. A faster connection, a different device or a browser that has fallen behind does not change where your fill price comes from: it is always the price our servers read from the live feed. Your results come down to the decisions you made: where you entered, where you set your stop, when you took profit. That is what gives the numbers on your track record page their meaning.

It matters in another way too. A stop is checked by our servers and filled at the price they read from the live feed, whether or not you are at your desk, and a limit is checked on the same server prices as every other account, not on whatever one screen happened to show.

If you have a question about a fill, open a ticket with Mizora support or ask in live chat inside the client area. For firm updates, follow Mizora on X, Telegram and Instagram.
