Build and maintain our trading platform, risk engine, and client-facing applications. You'll work across the entire stack - from real-time WebSocket price feeds to admin dashboards to mobile interfaces. Fast-paced, high-impact work.

• 5+ years professional development experience
• Strong PHP, JavaScript (vanilla + frameworks), MySQL
• Experience with real-time systems (WebSockets, streaming data)
• Understanding of financial markets and trading systems
• Comfortable with Linux servers, deployment pipelines, and DevOps

• Experience building trading platforms or fintech products
• Knowledge of exchange APIs (Binance, CME, FIX protocol)
• D3.js or Canvas-based data visualization

Design and maintain our risk management framework. Model drawdown distributions, build breach detection algorithms, and ensure evaluation rules are enforced in real-time across all markets and account types.

• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or quantitative field
• Strong Python or R for statistical modelling
• Experience with risk metrics (VaR, Sharpe, Sortino, max drawdown)
• Understanding of derivatives pricing and market microstructure
• SQL proficiency for large dataset analysis

Build and manage our trader community across Discord, Twitter/X, and Telegram. Create content, run tournaments, manage affiliates, and drive user acquisition. You'll be the voice of Mizora.

• 2+ years in community management or growth marketing
• Deep understanding of the prop trading / funded trader space
• Experience growing Discord/Telegram communities from scratch
• Strong writing skills for social media and content marketing
• Data-driven mindset - comfortable with analytics and A/B testing

• Excellent written English (other languages a plus)
• Previous customer support experience, ideally in fintech or trading
• Understanding of trading terminology and platform basics
• Patient, empathetic, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment

Design trading interfaces that traders actually want to use. You'll own the design of our platform - from charting UIs to mobile layouts to marketing pages. We build institutional-grade tools with consumer-grade UX.

• 3+ years UI/UX design experience with strong portfolio
• Figma proficiency - we design everything in Figma
• Experience designing data-heavy interfaces (dashboards, charts, tables)
• Understanding of dark theme design patterns
• Ability to ship pixel-perfect designs with developers
