Giveaway Terms

1. What the giveaways are

Mizora Partners Ltd ("Mizora", "we", "us") gives away Mizora Instant Funding accounts on X and on other social platforms where we post. Each giveaway is announced in a post, and the post states the account size on offer, the number of winners, and the time entries close.

These terms apply to every Mizora giveaway. Where a post sets out something specific to that giveaway, such as the account size or the closing time, the post applies alongside these terms.

2. No purchase necessary

No purchase is necessary to enter or to win. Entering a giveaway never requires a payment of any kind, and buying an account does not improve your chance of winning.

3. Who can enter

• You must be 18 or over.
• One entry per person. Multiple accounts operated by the same person count as one entry, and we may disqualify all of them.
• Employees, contractors and officers of Mizora, and their immediate families, cannot enter.
• Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
• Excluded countries: [PLACEHOLDER - list of excluded countries to be confirmed]. Until this line is completed, entries from any country where a giveaway of this kind is not permitted are void.

4. How to enter

To enter a giveaway:

• Reply to the giveaway post.
• Follow the official Mizora account on that platform.
• Tag two traders in your reply.

Entries close at the time stated in the post. Anything received after that time is not counted.

5. How winners are picked

Winners are drawn at random from the valid entries. Before the draw we filter out entries from bots, duplicate and secondary accounts, and accounts created shortly before the giveaway was posted. The draw is recorded so the result can be checked afterwards.

6. The prize

The prize is a Mizora Instant Funding account at the size stated in the giveaway post. The prize is not transferable, cannot be exchanged, and there is no cash alternative.

A won account is subject to the standard trading rules published at client.mizorapartners.com/rules, the same rules that apply to a purchased account. Payouts on a won account follow the same rules as payouts on an account someone paid for.

7. How winners are contacted

Winners are contacted by direct message from the official Mizora account within 7 days of the draw. If a winner does not reply within a reasonable time, we may draw again.

A winner never has to send a payment, a seed phrase, a private key or a password to claim a prize. Mizora will never ask you for any of those. Treat any message that does as an impersonation attempt and report it.

8. The platforms

X, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube do not sponsor, endorse, administer or have any association with these giveaways. Any question about a giveaway should come to us, not to the platform.

9. Data

To run a giveaway we collect your social handle and your public entry, and, once a winner claims the prize, the email address used to open the Mizora account. We use that information to verify entries, run the draw, contact winners and open the account. We do not sell it. 10. Abuse, changes and decisions

We may cancel, suspend or amend a giveaway if it is abused, if entries are manipulated, or if something outside our control makes running it fairly impossible. We may disqualify any entry that breaks these terms or the rules of the platform it was posted on. Our decision on entries, disqualifications and winners is final.
