The cheapest prop firm challenges in 2026

The lowest sticker price is rarely the cheapest deal. Mizora's Flip starts at $5, Blue Guardian sells a $5,000 account for $11 and Maven a $2,000 account for $13, but those three buy very different things: fixed rewards, a capped single payout, and a funded account with an 80% split. The table below sorts every firm we have verified by its cheapest list price, then shows the price per $1,000 of account and the catch, so you can compare like with like.

Rival figures are list prices from each firm's own website, checked on the dates shown on each firm's comparison page, where every source is listed. Mizora's row is read live from our product catalogue. Prices change and many firms run coupons, so check a firm's current price before you buy.

How to read a cheap price

Divide the price by the account size first. $11 for $5,000 is $2.20 per $1,000 of account; $5 for $1,000 is more per $1,000 but a smaller first outlay. Neither number tells you what you can take home, which is the second thing to check.

Then look for the catch. The cheapest accounts on the market almost always carry one: a profit cap, a single payout, a pay-later balance due after you pass, a monthly subscription that rebills, or a price that only holds during a sale.

The catches on this list

Blue Guardian's $11 Instant Starter caps profit at $250, pays once and then closes, and is one per trader. Maven's cheapest is $13, and its Buy Now Pay Later option is $5 upfront with $40 due after you pass. Topstep is a monthly subscription with a $149 activation fee once you pass. Goat Funded Trader showed $5,000 accounts at $17 on sale; the table uses its list price.

Mizora has no pay-later balance, no subscription and no activation fee: a package is a one-time $5 to $40. The trade-off is that it pays fixed rewards, up to $25 to $200, rather than a share of profit on a funded account.

Questions people ask

What is the cheapest prop firm?

By first outlay, Mizora's Flip at $5 for a $1,000 simulated account, with fixed rewards rather than a profit split. By price per dollar of account, Blue Guardian's $11 for $5,000 is lower, but that account caps profit at $250 and pays out once.

Is a cheap prop firm challenge worth it?

It can be, if you check what the price buys. Look at the account size, whether profit is capped, whether you pay more after passing, and whether the price is a subscription or a sale. The cheapest sticker price is often not the cheapest deal.

Which cheap prop firm gives a funded account with a profit split?

Maven lists $2,000 accounts from $13 with an 80% split, and Aqua Funded's CFD Two Step Pro is $20 for $5,000 with a 90% split. Mizora does not offer a funded account or a profit split; it pays fixed rewards.

Are these prices current?

They are list prices taken from each firm's own website on the date shown. Most firms run coupons and change prices often, so check the firm's current price before you buy.
