A subscription looks cheaper on day one and costs more the longer you take. Topstep's Trading Combine is $49 a month for $50,000, rebilling every 30 days until you pass or cancel, plus a $149 activation fee once you pass. Alpha Futures starts at $89 a month for $25,000 and FTMO Futures at $119 a month. A one-time fee, such as Tradeify's $99 for a $25,000 Growth evaluation with no activation fee, costs the same however long you take.
Check how the drawdown trails. Every futures programme in this table uses an end-of-day trailing maximum loss, which follows your closing balance up. Some enforce it in real time, so an intraday dip through the floor still fails the account, and some switch rules once you are funded: My Funded Futures' Rapid plan trails intraday on the funded account. Where the floor locks decides how much room you really have.
Topstep, Tradeify, My Funded Futures, Alpha Futures and Lucid Trading trade futures only, and are specialists at it. The others add futures to a wider range.
